free of charge! The hotline captures the phone number of each buyer
who calls on your listings AND allows your buyers to get info on any listing in
the FMLS 24/7! Each listing your buyer calls on automatically provides
audio and text information, while sending an email to the buyer for review when
he/she returns home. From your personal hotline dashboard, you can track
trend data from listing calls and view each listing your buyers are calling on.

If you would prefer to work from home, please keep
in mind that you are never required to come into any of the offices. If you
prefer, all transactions can transpire via fax, email and mail. The Solid
Source Transaction Management System allows you to see your contract paperwork
for THREE years ONLINE so you can access your transactions through your
electronic office file. This is a revolutionary way to simplify maintaining
your personal or team transactions! All offices can be used by Solid Source
agents 24/7. There are surveillance cameras for security in the offices and
each location is staffed and fully equipped with computers, fax, color copier,
42" plasma in the conference room to impress your clients and beautifully
furnished meeting space!
Board or No Board – you choose!
Solid Source Realty is a member of 14
REALTOR® Boards. Solid Source Realty GA is a non-Board member
company, which means you do not have to join or maintain membership at a
REALTOR® Board. Fees and benefits are the same at both companies,
so you are free to choose which company best suits your needs.

FREE Training
Free continuing education classes are
offered through Clarity School of Real Estate to Solid Source agents and
weekly training is held at various locations. Most training is optional and free
of charge. We have full time non-competing brokers and a full office staff
to serve you daily! Training classes include commercial,
marketing, incorporating your business to save money in self-employment
tax, and an accredited Postlicense Course.

Closing Coordinator Services
Credence Title provides closing
coordinator services free of charge to Solid Source clients when providing the
title insurance. Credence Title appreciates your clients by providing valuable
information about the closing, utility hook up info for the buyer's new address,
homestead exemption links and moving tips.
Get Paid at the Closing Table!
Your check is made payable to you at the
closing table from Solid Source network attorneys and a separate check to Solid
Source for you to mail in or drop off with final paperwork. There are
over 200 attorney offices in our network for your convenience. Our preferred
attorneys at Morris|Hardwick|Schneider are available every business day to assist Solid Source Agents with contract
questions free of charge.

Just
licensed?
Congratulations! You are welcome to join Solid Source but we do require agents
to go on a 70% (Agent) / 30% (Solid Source) split for the first 3 closed
transactions. After that, you can choose between the Gold or Platinum
plans above. If you have only completed 1 or 2 so far – that's no problem. You will only need to
stay on the 70/30 plan until you reach 3 total closed transactions in the past 3 years.

please join us for a 75-minute orientation. This meeting is held weekly by
